Winter?

Strange winter in Oslo. It was raining last night. The rain went to ice on the ground. Dangerous icy on the roads and side walks today. Peak season for broken arms and legs. The weather in the Oslo harbour today reminded me more of Spring time than Christmas and Winter time. Nice weather though.
