Cherry Picking
Seeing a small group of very shy Fieldfares in the hawthorn across the road I sidled furtively nearer just playing and experimenting really with the new camera and was astonished how well it with longish lens on, coped with the shot.
Fieldfares migrate to Britain in the autumn from their breeding grounds in northern Europe liking rough open country but it wasn't until 1967 that a pair nested in Orkney.
A day of appointments in Cheltenham including the dreaded dentist and I've survived the traffic and shoppers to tell the tale! Excellent!
