Choir

I didn't go to work today due to the back being still very sore.

Took my time wandering about the house shower etc then threw myself into the car groaning for my physio appointment at 12. I have no pain when walking but sitting or lifting right leg is agonistic!!

Did some work in the physio then I walked round the north Inch into town wandered round some shops then thought hell im going to Nero and sit up stairs and hope no one from work sees me. I am off and I can walk but not sit so no use at work .

Later walked up the road to the school for the Viewlands primary Christmas Fayre. Cameron is in the choir so were performing a few numbers.

Home and foolishly watched two episodes of 10 Rillington Place . Foolish as was on own tonight and he was a creepy serial killers !
