Bridging

An iPhone shot today, not because I have problems with the Mac, but simply because I will not get the time to post an entry otherwise. This is the new pedestrian footbridge crossing the floating harbour which will connect the Finzels Reach development with Castle Park and the Cabot Circus shops here in Bristol.

It's been in the course of construction for 6 months without there being much to see. All of a sudden at the end of last week the above water sections of the bridge were installed. While there is still plenty to do before pedestrians will be allowed across, it is now really starting to take shape.
