At work, some of the hard work we did last night moving things around; as predicted today we had to move the same things around again.
but we did have a little Christmas lunch in shifts during the day, which was quite nice. Then during the afternoon I had a longish chat with the parent of a  teacher I worked with about ten years ago, main topic of conversation, dementia, as the dad has just been diagnosed. There are so many people touched by dementia who need the chance for a chat.
