Meadows winter sunrise

How I love a Meadows winter sunrise (again)!

The meeting count today was seven. Five were supervisions with PhD students (all fabulous and doing well) and one was with my predecessor/mentor/PhD supervisor (also doing well, and a delight to have on campus). The sixth meeting was our 6-monthly 'all centre' get-together at which all staff and PhD students each give a five minute update on recent research antics (enjoyable from about 2 minutes in).

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights, and stretches, walk to work (15,332 steps)
