Mrs Cardinal returns

It's very cold today, snow is coming this evening, and Mrs Cardinal is visiting the feeder this morning.

I had a call from my dad this morning, he was having problems connecting to the internet. After a lot of questions, and having him turn off the laptop and turning it back on again, we determined that it was a failure within the building, not just his computer. Sure enough, within an hour, he was back in business. It's difficult trying to diagnose problems over the phone for two reasons - 1, I'm not that good at computers to start with, 2, I have to depend on his description of what's happening. This time it worked out.
