Babbacombe!
Tim and Bridget went home back to Penzance last night because Bridget has to go back to work ~ it was lovely seeing them though and spending time with them!
Today started by getting a doctors appointment (a lot easier than back at home!) I needed to see a doctor because I have reduced a lot of my medication (out of my own choice, because I felt like I was on a lot and it was not good to be on so much so young) However, the effects of the medication reduction are now really starting to kick in big time and has set my pain off really bad so I needed to ask the doc for more medication. I will now need to see my own doctor when I'm back home to get my dosette box changed (which won't be as easy as it was today!) I have been referred for some re-hab at Stanmore Hospital in London and they specialise in EDS so maybe this is the sort of thing that I need to do under guidance from them? -- last time I went to see my GP though, she wasn't sure if the referral had been sent off..grrr!!
We then headed out to Babbacombe where we had lunch and got the cliff railway down to the beach where we enjoyed sitting and people watching. I love to sit and watch the waves - I love the sea, it is very relaxing.
It was a lovely day :) :) :) :)
