Goldfinches

Back-blipped as I went off to work shortly after taking this.  The feeders in our garden are attracting quite a variety of birdlife now we have cut back some of the excess (neglected for several years) growth and left things alone for a week or two. 

These Goldfinches have become frequent visitors along with Robins and possibly a Blackcap. 

Time for commenting is proving elusive as this is the week in my rota which seems to mostly involve work, sleep and eating ... I'll scatter stars & favourites when I can.  There is an upside ...  Christmas week is entirely free for my team :-)
