Brick Abstract

I like to call this sort of thing "dof doodling", given that the chief element of the composition is shallow depth of field and the subject itself may seem a little pointless. I know it's not everyone's taste but I AM rather partial to it meself and am inclined to do it more often.

I have  been attempting a few challenges lately and so I figured I might as well submit this for Abstract Thursday. The bricks do seem to have a random spotty pattern to them. What do you reckon? Thank you to Ingeborg for hosting.
