Christmas art

This is one of the window scenes at an artist's house near my osteopath. I think she has tried to create a Christmas scene, though the black bear is a bit scary!

I went for another treatment on my back today. Although it was masses better than originally it still didn't feel quite right. She now thinks that she has successfully straightened my pelvis and it does all feel more normal again.

I spent a restful afternoon doing jigsaws and crocheting.
