Big Sky

There is a place in the countryside (Knowl Hill near Maidenhead) where I like to take Dolly to walk after we've had a lot of rain because the main path is paved and she doesn't get so muddy. I also like it because of the big expanse of sky. It's a great place to watch a sunset and we were not disappointed today! I think this is one of the best we've seen, with the sky all different colours all 360 degrees around us. With so few trees there it can be bitterly cold if windy, but it was actually a beautifully warm and sunny afternoon - for December!

I had great fun wrapping some presents today while listening to some old Christmas music - childhood family favourites from the 60s, 70s and 80s. I'm actually finding some of the old stuff on Spotify - amazing!
