Team meeting today.,  Each area had to showcase some of the work we have been doing, and also deliver a fun activity for everyone to participate in.  Lunch and secret Santa.  

Well we got them all to launch egg to the floor without braking them.  It's not often you get to see you to see the team manager playing with condoms now is it!  We then had to build a structure to lift all the team over six inches off the floor.  Then we choose a team leader and blindfolded them as we guided them across shark infested waters to the Island of Dreams!!!  And last but not least we practised our circus skills.  All of these activities had been written up properly and risk assessed and we can deliver them to young people.  Yeap mad as hatters, that's what we are.   

The showcases of good practice were all brilliant of course and secret Santa delivered some equally silly presents for everyone.  

Lots of the team had to leave early to catch their own kids nativity plays or Christmas concerts.  That's when the day get even more surreal.  With fewer people to witness More people tried the tiny bicycle from the circus skills workshop, That wouldn't have been so funny if people hadn't been dressed in either full business suits (had been to a posh meeting before this one), or Christmas Jumpers.   It's quite something when Rudolf comes hurtling at you at a rate of knots.  

I think it can be fair to say, we had a good meeting.
