Time for Lunch

Another grey day but at least it was dry. I called in briefly to the lake as I was passing and enjoyed a few minutes quiet contemplation watching this lovely little Grey Wagtail have some tasty morsels :-)

Hubby's car is now back from the garage but they were unable to find the cause of the rattle, however the bonnet catch alarm is now fixed, which is the good news but they confirmed our suspicions that the tyres are borderline illegal so it has to go in yet again for replacements.......that's a bill we could do without so close to Christmas as his tyres are really expensive but at least the garage didn't charge us for all the time they spent looking for the rattle, so I'm thankful for small mercies :-)
