Red Velvet

Baked a cake today for two reasons. A) it would have been my mum's 73rd birthday today and B) boy's first day back at school after a great summer. I wanted them to have a special treat. Seeing as I'm always baking for others, thought I'd make them feel special. And I must say, it was my best red velvet yet!
