Snowed horse

This horse performs two main functions: 1 Cheers me up in the mornings when I trot past her to the office; 2 be my reference landmark; I often explain to the visitors - turn right after the colourful horse.... Yes, normally after this phrase there is a long .... silence... on the other side of the telephone line and I start explaining that the horse is actually a made one not a real grazing and kicking one... It's now starting to be snowed; I should adjust my navigating tips.
