Flower Friday 16...... FF16, Mahonia.

    I had seen some flowers in a garden belonging to another camera club member. I have put the other flower I took a shot of in the extras, which is a Lavateria. Variety name unknown.
    The Mahonia was quite a striking colour with its bright yellow flowers and dark green thorny leaves.
As it was rather cloudy and becoming quite dark it was not easy to get the shot as sharp as I would have liked as with the extra.
