Diary of an Edinburgher

Visiting

This afternoon we popped over to visit Mollie the Gorgeous Collie and check out the newly done-up flat, which has a fabby lift! JR and Archie walked there, but I got the bus. They were there first.

What a great wee flat Anne has. It has a view over the Pentlands and Blackford Hill. And a wee balcony. We were quite jealous. Mollie and Archie just kind of ignored each other and snoozed, while we ate mince pies (extra) and then had a humungous glass of wine each.

Then came the inevitable - posing for a blip. In festive costumes. Oh no! Mollie cleverly gave Archie a present of a snowman costume (that's his carrot nose on Archie's head) which you can't really see in this shot ('Thank goodness' says Archie). It was actually too small for our little beefy Arch, so he will palm it off give it to his wee pal Rufus, hehehe...

We managed to get his legs in, but he couldn't actually move, even if he wanted to. So he sat there looking rather miserable. Mollie had her jumper and antlers on, but she doesn't mind them at all.

A wee rest from silly festive dressing up tomorrow, Archie. I promise!
