Flower Friday

On our walk I spotted this gorse in flower. Not sure if it's late, early or just confused.

Today's lesson for me is a reminder about labelling food going into the freezer. I decided that some of the curry which I froze last month would be a perfect dinner. I also found some carrot soup which I thought would be good after my walk with Cooper. All defrosted I popped the soup into a pot, heated it and changed my trousers which were wet after the walk. Back downstairs I thought there was a very sweet smell. Turns out the carrot soup was mango sorbet!
