Honourable Gentlemen

This hand painted mural, is on an outside wall of our local Social/ Sports Centre.
I saw the painter at work, about a week ago.....but today was my first opportunity to get close and to take a Blip.
I'm not certain about the reason for the painting, but it looks as if it is marking the work of the volunteer divers, The Honourable Gentlemen, who work to clean up the sea bed.
The Sierra Helada is a Nature Reserve and the adjacent waters are a Marine Reserve.....and there has been a project to clear the 'human rubbish' from the sea floor to allow marine vegetation and fish to flourish.
