Spicy Dessert

Fruit Cake: British style, from BC. (Cynthia doesn't like it so I'll have to eat it all myself!)
Ice cream: Cardamom, from Mallard in Bellingham.
Beer: Monks Blood, from 21st Amendment Brewery in San Francisco -- Belgian-style dark ale brewwed with cinnamon, vanilla, oak chips, and dried figs.

A perfect combination,  IMHO!
