Festive Fireplace

As much as I love the city centre at this time of year, the lights, the markets, the excitement in the air, nothing makes me feel more happy, or lucky, to be able to come back to a warm home (and a mad cat) and close the door of the big bad world behind me and enter our own wee grotto!  The fireplace is getting a bit crowded now and I'm sitting here looking at it thinking the 'Health and Safety mannie' at work would go daft to see those lit candles beside all those cards - I'd better have a re-shuffle!!  We're going to a Chocolate Festival tomorrow...I've already put on about 3lbs just thinking about it.  Happy Saturday!!
