Light snow

Well we got snow but not much so far. It is, however, cold at 16ºF with a wind chill of 1º. In the collage are a few of the many, many starlings, a blackbird with a Harris's sparrow and a couple of finches,  and then more finches. I am surprised to see the lone blackbird. They usually disappear in the winter. Maybe this is an old one that just did not leave. The other shots are of the barn with snow and lastly a ghostly visitor from next door. He has escaped for the afternoon because he is supposed to guard the chickens!
