The Icing on the Cake

I forgot to blip! Here's a cake I made this evening for our visitors tomorrow. I'm not sure what it's going to taste like, there didn't seem to be enough mixture to fill the tin and it's a bit thin.
Good job I nipped to the co op and bought mince pies as a back up.
Just watched Strictly. I won't give it away in case some of you are catching up later but suffice to say I'm soooo happy with the result and blubbed from beginning to end.
