Snowflake Fungi

I was once again in the woods today and while waiting during one drive my eyes happened upon these little fungi amongst the leaf litter. No idea what their proper name is but looked like snowflakes to me! 
A good days beating, stable duties and venison steaks and salad ready when Mrs A S got home from another late shift! Will try and visit some journals before my eyelids manage to meet  ;0)
