What? a sculpture there?

Morning spent exploring a trail passing by some lakes in the hope to find some wildlife but then came the pouring rain so we had to abandon the plan!

Went exploring by car instead and I find this sculpture in the middle of an unknown retail park.
While walking there to take a picture I asked some patrons in a shop nearby if they knew who the author was, well a guy looked at me with a funny face: What? There is a sculpture here? Its three months that I work here and I have never noticed it...........

Anyway I did my research, it was made by the sculptor Andy Scott, well horses are his favourite subject I suppose.
