89 not 90

This is my most beautiful friend Jan.
I've known her for about 10 years, I used to help her with her housework.
She has become like a mum to me and a grandmother to Ella.
She is a bit fed up with her health at the moment, she has a few issues, but she never complains.
She has the greatest sense of humour and we spend a lot of time laughing when we are with her.
Her birthday is on Christmas Day.
Today one of her friends organised a surprise 89 not 90 th birthday lunch... Jan said earlier this year that she probably won't make it to 90 so we'd better celebrate the 89th well !
She had no idea though that today's lunch was planned.
Lots of laughs and some tears.
