Men at work

Went swimming this morning and walked another way back home. There were still men at work who had cut the street open in the middle and put some new pipes for the hot water yesterday and now they were putting some extra open pipes on a new layer of sand and then closing it.
I think the new pipes are for the fiber optic cable, which we already have in our block for Internet, telephones and HD TV.

The cars seems to be passing on another lane but actually it is another street and you can see this if you look at the Location. This is very strange - two streets side by side - the names Suðurmýri and Nesvegur - and it gets even stranger as I walk in to my block from Nesvegur - but it belongs to Tjarnarból.

I put a light green square on the gable where our flat is - better to look at this large.
