Wearing Yukatas

Receiving this was the highlight of my day, so it had to be blipped. Not taken by me, but "From Our Own Correspondent" in Japan. It was taken today, they are nine hours ahead.

#2 here, with two of the three Ch's. They are on holiday in Japan, having met up with the Singapore family.

They are currently staying south of Tokyo in a Ryokan (traditional guest house). They have been sitting on the floor eating at low tables, sleeping on mattresses on a bamboo floor. They wear these Yukatas, provided at the guest house, to go to the Onsen (hot spring). I'll spare you the rest of the details, except to say I think #2 is very brave.
