MY WHAT BIG EYES YOU HAVE...

... you may recall my "wish" for Christmas the other day, well today we spotted I am assume that same bird on a barb wire fence.

The Nankeen kestrel adult sat there until I got just that bit too close then took off again. What a super member of the raptor family, now all we need is to spot the eagle which i have been told is also out back here somewhere??

Also have a look in FLICKR here have taken a closer shot of the old farm milking shed and in the following entry have given it a bit of "back when" treatment". Have a plan to get a sunset over this at some point soon. Just need to make sure the bull is not in the same paddock!!!
