Hanbury Hall - The Sunken Parterre
A visit to Hanbury Hall a National Trust house in Droitwich Spa. The Hall was built in 1710 as a country retreat for Thomas Vernon. The garden was designed by George London and laid out in the modern style of the time. The sunken parterre is considered the jewel of the Great Garden.
We also visited the house where in extras you can see a christmas tree decorated with feathers and holly nestling in the hallway surrounded by the lavish mythological scenes painted on the walls and ceiling.
