Tiny beak, long tail

I love these little Long Tailed Tits that we rarely see.  We made a  quick visit to the feeding station at the nature reserve where there was such a lot of activity this afternoon.  Our extra is of a Dunnock. 

In other news:  Our little great grandson has had a very traumatic start to his life.  After being transported on life support to a hospital 30 miles away he underwent bowel surgery this morning.  Thankfully he is "holding his own".  We know you'll understand if comments are sparse.
