Stebbing Essex. Its an infamous pre-christmas end of year stream-plunging bog-squelching chilly mud fest !  But everyone loves it and we even go back to the river to wash afterwards ! Hardcore! Followed by mince pies and mulled wine and a nice country pub with log fire and decent ale. What's not to like in that then ! See extra pic for shoe drying technique.
