Airport on the horizon

This is a picture of the lights of Leeds Bradford Airport, taken at dusk from the hills overlooking Shipley, West Yorkshire. They are by far the brightest lights in the vicinity, and are 10km away according to google maps (in a straight line that is).

This is the highest airport above sea level in England (208m). As a child I knew it as Yeadon Airport, the name of the small town located close by.
