Fish Underwater

A logical place for fish, but not a place one typically sees them. I inadvertently kayaked into a large school of little fish this morning. At first they scattered, but as I quietly sat floating along they once again schooled around me and my boat. I tried shooting from the surface, but the reflections stymied my efforts so I plunged my underwater camera below the surface and squeezed off a number of images. Most were too murky, but a few, like this one here, had some detail. I eventually chose this one because of that solitary fish at the top of the frame and the patch of blue sky.
