'Sint Gerlachus-den', Banholt, the Netherlands

'Sint Gerlachus-den', the maypole next to the Sint Gerlachus church in Banholt, the Netherlands. The maypole is erected every year on the saturday before Pentecote. It comes from a wood about 25 km from Banholt and is transported to its place with stopovers at every pub underway.
