Walkies

Started the day with a four mile run. I've been lazy all week so it was good to get my trainers on again.
Changed trainers for wellies and took dogs out for a nice walk long the river and collected mistletoe.
Back for a bit of tidying up.
Watched Polar Express and really getting into the Christmas spirit.
Now for something I watch every single year. Sports Personality of the Year. Who will win. Really tough this year. So many deserving sports men and women. They are all winners in my eyes.
