As calm as a Millpond

This is the lodge at Mossy Lea Farm on my favourite local walk/birding patch.

Today's birding treat was Waxwings - 12/13  NO photo beacuse they still managed to catch me out even when I was actually looking for them.

I heard some calls but couldn't work out where from and then suddenly they were overhead abnd round a corner and gone. Exciting and disappointing in one.
