The Sound of The Waves

This is a part of Dornoch Beach, but the reason it is only a part, is because it best illustrates the incoming breakers or waves. I look at this and I can hear the sound of the incoming waves. It is a stereophonic sound as it rolls along the beach from left to right as it cascades over the sands. To me, this is one of the most beautiful sounds in the world, nature at its gentlest or its most violent.
I suppose living near the sea has that effect on me!! If I ever had to leave here I would only move to somewhere else where I could see the sea and hear the sea.
