Good Heavens, this is the third day in a row that the sun has appeared - we could get dangerously used to this. Much work in the garden has been undertaken - the brambles have trunks the size of my wrists! We lunched by the pond and this tiny little damsel fly was doing its thing on a reed - a bit blurry but I liked the colours.
I intended to go out to watch the International Space Station last night but just missed it. The sky however was amazingly clear - son#1 got out all the gear - big lense, tripod, deckchair - and was out there for ages - with rather amazing results . I came in at 11.30ish having seen 5 satellites and 4 shooting stars - one big one. Astonishing when you start thinking about it.
