Poinsettia

I won this poinsettia in a raffle last December and managed to keep it alive in my conservatory all year. I am surprised that some of the leaves have started to turn red, especially when I remember reading somewhere that you need to keep them in the dark for that to happen.  At some time a branch was broken off and I pushed it into the soil and it took root so next year I am going to try to take cuttings and get a bushier plant. I bet that, because I am trying, it won't work.

I've just checked my blip from a year ago today and found that it was of the same poinsettia. Am I a creature of habit!!!
