Zonked

I was up before 06:00am (2nd time this week now) and in the gym for a PT session at 07:00. On the computer all morning and then off to Heathrow to meet my brother for 14:00. Took him to Guildford to get a train to mum's after grabbing a coffee and a gossip..Phew, I haven't stopped. I wondered why I felt bushed..
