Seoul survivor

This is an ancient apartment block in an amazing location by St Giles Church Yard in London. Although grungy I think the building is probably listed because everywhere else around of the same era has been bulldozed and redeveloped.

I'm guessing it's rent controlled as well because the Korean bakery has been there forever and never seems to have any visitors.
