Karjalanpiirakka

When you live in a foreign country there are some things you miss from home that are really difficult to get where you live. 

I miss things like breathable non-toxic air, and carelian pastries (karjalanpiirakka). At least one of those things is available every now and then when Finns gather. This time we celebrated the 99th independence day of Finland.
