Christmas cheer

We had a Christmas team lunch at Frankie and Benny's, which was fun despite the Christmas lunch.

The turkey and stuffing was like a brick, so much so that the knives could not cut through it. To their credit, when the unfinished plates were being cleared and we mentioned it, the manager came over straight away. Turns out that they had changed their supplier and things were no up to scratch. Needless to say we did not need to pay for the turkey dinners.

Good customer care coming out of a bad situation.
