Buddy and Mike

This is a good elf and a bad elf. My friend's wee boy has Buddy from school (the naughty, skinny elf, her wee boy's meant to teach him to behave by setting an example. I'm not sure how that's working out for them...) then one that was acquired as a friend for the school naughty elf. Christmas excitement is definitely setting in in that household.
