Hansel and Gretel

A busy day which started at 7 and finished in the early hours of Monday morning. But the dining room is almost cleared and tidy, lots of cards written and lots of washing and hoovering done.

Little opportunity for photos but our daughter's gingerbread house was an ideal opportunity. One of her school friends has unfortunately been battling cancer and recently has just had part of her lung removed. All going well but she was going stir crazy in the house so Lizzie invited her round yesterday ... to make a gingerbread house each.

This is Lizzie's which we are now in the process of eating!
