Inside the new hospital

Our children's choir was singing in one of the wards at the new Queen Elizabeth hospital. I hadn't been inside before. It is huge!!
The children sang really well. It was a great experience for them. They didn't know it, but as they were at one end of the ward singing Christmas carols and jingle bells someone was taking their final breath at the other end. A poignant moment and one that spoke of life and death.
