The Haunted House

Not really, but in the sepia colour and being darkish it tends to look like it is.
This must be one of the oldest houses in Newport, it is in the Gold Tops area of Newport which is where the Civic buildings are, it's a beautiful building full of character which I think a lot of the modern buildings lack.
