Statue in London

This is on Fleet Street, no idea what it is of, but it is on the boundary of the City. I was heading to the Old Bank of England pub and realised I hadn't taken a photo. I went on the Herne Hill/Doss AC Christmas Pub Crawl, it is about seven years since I last went and it was a great night catching up with some people I haven't seen in that time.
